Tottenham striker return update emerges post hamstring surgery

Wilson Odobert the 19 year old Tottenham striker got injured with a hamstring problem and had to get surgery. Doctor Rajpal Brar says he will not play again before 2024 ends and will be out for many weeks. This is not the same hamstring that was hurt before. When one hamstring gets hurt it can make other hamstrings work harder and get hurt too.

Odobert came to Tottenham in summer and only played 6 games under manager Ange Postecoglou. He has not had a good start at the team with only 3 games played because of getting hurt. He wanted to play more games and show he could compete with Dominic Solanke for a spot on the team. Solanke came to Tottenham for a lot of money from Bournemouth.

No one knows exactly when Odobert will come back to playing. Doctor Brar who knows about sports injuries and physical therapy says its too early to say when he will return. Odobert was hoping to make a bigger impact at Tottenham but these injuries have stopped him from showing what he can do on the field. The team will have to wait several weeks before they can use him again in any games. The young striker will be disappointed that his chance to prove himself has been delayed by this second hamstring problem that needed surgery to fix.
