The biggest piece of business is the imminent arrival of PSV Eindhoven winger Couhaib Driouech. Rangers are close to making their 10th addition of the summer in the form of PSV winger Couhaib Driouech, with an agreement in principle established. A move for a fee in the region of £7 million is now close to completion. The Moroccan winger is expected to sign a four-year contract with the Light Blues, plus the option of a one-year extension. The left-sided attacker, who represents Morocco at youth level, joined PSV from Excelsior in 2024 for around €3.5m. Although he struggled for consistent starts in the Eredivisie, he impressed in the Champions League last season with goals against Liverpool and Napoli. He looks like a genuinely exciting addition.
As covered earlier, Rangers have had to accept Moore won’t be returning. With Mikey Moore on the brink of a fresh loan move to Cologne, Rangers can proceed to firm up their own priority winger transfer plan. He will be fondly remembered at Ibrox but the door is firmly closed on a second spell.

**More Wingers Still Needed**
Even with Driouech arriving, Rangers are not done in that department. Former loanee Vaclav Cerny has been identified as an ambitious target, while Coventry City’s Jahnoah Markelo and Brighton’s Amario Cozier-Duberry are high on the list. Rangers are also in danger of missing out on Fenerbahce winger Oguz Aydin, with Feyenoord, Espanyol and Hamburg also in the race for the 25-year-old.
One of the biggest ongoing sagas concerns Belgian midfielder Nico Raskin. There remains a possibility that Raskin could leave this summer, although no offer has yet arrived. McInnes said of Raskin: “There has been a lot of chat about Nico potentially moving but until a bid is accepted that suits everybody then he’s fit and available for us, and if he plays anything like he’s trained the last three or four days, he’s definitely got something to offer.” Real Betis have been linked but are reportedly stalling over Rangers’ valuation. Bologna have also made an offer for Connor Barron, adding further midfield uncertainty.
On the outgoings side, Mohamed Diomande is on his way out of Ibrox, with Corum FK agreeing a £4.5 million deal for the midfielder, who has two years remaining on his contract. Nedim Bajrami has also departed, joining Saudi side Al-Taawoun after being told he had no future under McInnes.

Chairman Andrew Cavenagh has signalled the club isn’t finished yet. Further reinforcements are still wanted, with Rangers said to be targeting another centre-back and left-back this summer, with several targets being worked on. James Penrice’s loan from AEK Athens addresses the left-back position short term, but there is clearly still plenty of business left to do before the September 3 deadline.
It’s shaping up to be one of the most turbulent and active windows in recent Rangers memory — and with results on the pitch still a concern, the pressure on McInnes to get these signings right could not be higher.
